Sithembile Thusi joined B & M Analysts in April of 2008 and is responsible for the management of the finances for B & M Analysts as well as the various industry clusters that B & M Analysts run. The addition of her financial skills has facilitated improvements in many of the company's financial reporting systems. |

Bonny Dales joined B & M Analysts in July 2005 and is responsible for the Human Resources aspect of B & M Analysts. Her primary focus is on developing the company's HR capability so as to further enhance the company's talent pool. |

Corporate Social Investment
B & M Analysts recognises society as one of its five key stakeholders and, as would therefore be expected, the company is committed to a high level of Corporate Social Investment.
To this end, the company has committed to the following:
- Donating 5% of its annual after tax profits on socio-economic development and enterprise development.
- Donating an average of 2 days of time per employee per annum to socio-economic development.
B & M Analysts has committed itself to supporting a local school, St Leos Primary School in Molweni. Using B & M Analysts' resources, a five year project plan has been drafted and a St Leo's School Trust is currently being established to allow other benefactors to support the school.
Thus far the company has been involved in the re-painting of the school, the implementation of a feeding programme and the creation of two bursaries for the top two students to attend Hillcrest High School. Over the next five years B & M Analysts hopes to assist the governing body and parents of St Leo's to create an environment of excellence through the successful implementation and execution of the project plan.

BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT
B&M Analysts has been verified by Integra Scores (Pty) Ltd as a Level 2 B-BBEE contributor under the Codes of Good Practice for Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment provided for in South Africa’s Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003.
125% of expenditure on B&M Analysts' services can therefore be claimed as Preferential Procurement, allowing customers to boost their own B-BBEE scores.
